Reporting indicates that the Tanker Zoya1 is on fire approximately 21 Nm NW of Dubai. Early indications are that the fire occurred during maintenance and that all crew are safe. The vessel has been subject to dispute for non-payment of the crew for nearly 3 yrs and the vessel has been drifting since.
